Appraising since 1986, Ronda has always provided accurate high-quality appraisals in a friendly, service oriented environment. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in business administration with real estate emphasis. Mrs. Parrish has a broad range of experience in analysis and valuation of all types of residential real estate as well as commercial, institutional, and industrial properties. Mrs. Parrish is a member of the Appraisal Institute having served as the President of the South Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2007. She is a panel member of the Appraisal Institute National Experience Review Committee, National Association of Realtors, Real Estate Educators Association, Aiken Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau. She’s been involved with several community service organizations including Habitat for Humanity, AMBUCs, and has been a Guardian ad Litem for over 15 years. Mrs. Parrish received the SRA designation in 1990. She maintains a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in South Carolina and Georgia.
