IRR-Residential Valuation Services is a new residential valuation company. The company will perform appraisals in Santa Clara, San Mateo and Alameda counties in the San Francisco Bay Area. The office is headed by Managing Director Brian T. Cadieux who has been appraising in the Bay Area for the past fourteen years. Managing Partner Jan Kleczewski, MAI is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Kleczewski has 22 years of real estate valuation and consulting exerience in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Brian has 14 years of experience appraising 1-4 unit residential properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has appraised multi-family, mixed use and residential appraisals throughout the Bay Area, with an emphasis on the South Bay. Appraisals have been prepared primarily for lending purposes. He has been an appraisal instructor at Foothill College in Palo Alto and is currently the Director of Education for the Silicon Valley chapter of CAMB (California Association of Mortgage Brokers).
