IRR-Residential Valuation Consultants, LLP was formed in January of 2007 with a partnership between Real Estate Valuation Consultants, Inc. and Integra Realty Resources, DFW.
All appraisal reports prepared by IRR-Residential Valuation Consultants are made in compliance with the most recent appraisal guidelines set forth by the Appraisal Foundation and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Furthermore, all reports are prepared in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Appraisal Institute. Scott Burdette, SRA is the Managing Director and has more than 21 years of experience in the residential appraisal profession. He has either performed or directly supervised the completion of over 40,000 appraisals including many unique and special properties. He served as president of the Appraisal Institute’s Central Texas Chapter from 2002 through 2003. Additionally, he has served on numerous regional and national committees for the Appraisal Institute, and is one of only two appraisers in the nation to serve on a Fannie Mae advisory panel relating to the disposition of their foreclosed properties.
