Scott Burdette, SRA is the Managing Director and has more than 21 years of experience in the residential appraisal profession. He has either performed or directly supervised the completion of over 40,000 appraisals including many unique and special properties. He served as president of the Appraisal Institute’s Central Texas Chapter from 2002 through 2003. Additionally, he has served on numerous regional and national committees for the Appraisal Institute, and is one of only two appraisers in the nation to serve on a Fannie Mae advisory panel relating to the disposition of their foreclosed properties.
