QUALIFICATIONS OF NORBERT F. SCHULZ, SRA
Mr. Schulz has been the managing director of IRR-Residential Appraisers & Consultants since 2001 after serving as a Residential staff appraiser from March, 1993 to 2001 with INTEGRA Realty Resources Schultz-Northington, formerly a part of Schultz, Carr, Bissette & Associates, a real estate appraisal and consulting firm. Previous positions include Georgia Associated Services, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia, September 1992 – March 1993, DeKalb County Tax Assessor’s Office, April 1986 – December 1988 and August 1991 – August 1992, and Cole Layer Trumble Co., January 1989 – July 1991.
Mr. Schulz has experience in the valuation of residential real estate for Metropolitan Atlanta County governments for tax and ad valorem purposes as well as extensive experience appraising 2-4 family, condominium, FHA, Relocation and all types of single family units ranging in price from starter homes to multimillion dollar estates. Mr. Schulz is qualified as an expert witness in courts of law and before tax boards on real estate valuation.

Mr. Caldwell’s experience is concentrated in valuation assignments and consultation for lending institutions and local government entities (state and local), individuals, and financial institutions in GA, TX, and OK. Property types include single- and multi-family residences, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouse/industrial, commercial/retail, raw land, farms, ranches, and special purpose properties, specializing in luxury residences in the State of Georgia. Properties appraised for current market value, ad valorem tax values, court settlement, bankruptcy, mortgage loans, and condemnations. Mr. Caldwell is qualified as an expert witness in courts of law, and before tax boards, on real estate valuations.
Mr. Caldwell is a General Certified appraiser in the State of Georgia, he is approved by HUD to do FHA appraisals and is a member of the Appraisal Institute.

Ms. O’Neill has been engaged exclusively as an Appraisal Associate with Integra Realty Resources, since June, 2003 and was previously employed by, Grier Appraisal Services of Alpharetta as a Fee Appraiser for various institutional lenders.
Ms. O’Neill’s experience is concentrated in the valuation of residential real estate including single-family, condominiums, and multi-family investment properties as well as subdivision analysis.
Ms. O’Neill is registered with the State of Georgia as a Certified Residential appraiser.

Mr. Manget has been engaged exclusively as an appraisal associate with INTEGRA Realty Resources Schultz-Northington, formerly a part of Schultz, Carr, Bissette & Associates since March, 1993 and was previously employed by Georgia Associated Services, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia, as a senior staff appraiser since 1977.
Mr. Manget has experience in the valuation of residential real estate ranging from single-family through quadraplexes, condominiums, luxury properties and vacant dwelling sites.
Mr. Manget is registered with the State of Georgia as a Certified Residential appraiser and is a HUD approved FHA appraiser.

Mr. Burcher has been engaged exclusively as an analyst with Integra Realty Resources since November 2005. His residential experience ranges from single family detached houses to quadraplexes, luxury properties, residential lots and residential field review work.
