The Mission Statement for IRR-Residential Real Estate Valuation Service, LLC is to provide our clients “Quality appraisals, in a timely manner.” To achieve this mission we have over 30 years of experience in appraising single family residential properties.

Our primary service area is Greater Louisville which includes Jefferson, Oldham, and Bullitt Counties, in Kentucky, however through our affiliation with IRR-Residential we can assist in finding a qualified appraiser in Kentucky and throughout the nation.

Ron is a graduate of the University of Louisville and has taught Appraisal Principles at Jefferson Community College. Ron has been awarded both the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. Ron holds a General Appraisal license in the state of Kentucky.

Ron has over 30 years experience in the appraisal and real estate business. During this time he has extensive experience in supervising, teaching and completing appraisals. Ron has completed appraisals of all types of real estate with emphasis in residential properties.

Ron has completed appraisal assignments for relocation companies, government agencies, commercial banks, corporations, attorneys and private individuals.
