IRR-Residential Krantz Appraisal Firm is a full service appraisal and consulting firm. We focus on providing professional real estate appraisal services with a commitment to customer service. We provide prompt services while focusing on developing relationships with our clients both locally and nationally. Our full time staff allows for quick personal responses to concerns and problem solving with any type of assignment. Our staff includes four appraisers covering over 6 mid Missouri counties, and office staff to handle all client communication.

Mr. Krantz studied Economics and Finance at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, IL. Mr. Krantz then relocated to Lake of the Ozarks, MO where his family has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Along with a highly experienced team of professionals, Mr. Krantz has continued to expand the firm and strive to focus on a customer service based approach to the appraisal industry. Mr. Krantz is a Missouri State Certified Appraiser and is an active member of the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors, MAR Appraisal Section and the Missouri Appraisers Advisory Council. Mr. Krantz has experience with residential, multi-family, FHA, divorce cases, REO properties and high value, luxury properties.
