• The Appraiser Assisted Residential Cost Analysis Report provides cost data and detailed property information to determine replacement costs for inclusion in the cost approach portion of appraisal reports. This includes calculating pricing for labor, material and equipment, plus industry standard contractor markups and by-neighborhood characteristics.
• The Home Repair Estimate Report provides information to determine repair costs for damages related to a residential property. This will provide an informational solution for the REO appraisal report supplemental addendum.
• The Insurable Valuation Tool provides accurate replacement cost data for insurers and homeowners in determining appropriate insured value coverage.
