New Orleans, LA (November 9, 2009) — IRR-Residential held its national Affiliate meetings at the historic Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans, LA. The meetings were held in conjunction with the Valuation Expo Conference, a residential appraiser trade conference. 

The meetings opened with IRR-Residential serving as a host for the opening cocktail party of the Collateral Risk Network (http://www.collateralrisknetwork.com), a group of Chief Appraisers and Credit Risk officers from national residential real estate lenders.

 A few highlights of the IRR-Residential conference included:

•  Introduction to the NEW IRR-Residential website
• A discussion on top-down, bottom-up marketing of the IRR-Residential brand
• Affiliate Committee updates on Newsletter, Specialty Practice, Marketing Trends & Highlights, Technology and Training and Marketing and Communications activities
• Joan Trice, founder of the Valuation Expo Conference, Collateral Risk Network and the Appraisal Buzz e-newsletter, was the luncheon speaker
