IRR-Residential is national residential appraisal organization based in Kansas City.  IRR-Residential is seeking a business development representatives. Candidates require a proven track record of success selling appraisal and related services to national and large regional real estate mortgage lenders. The position will require traveling. Duties include :

  • Accomplish sales objectives through direct efforts.
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to corporate strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meet sales objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
