IRR-Residential Vendor Engagement Application

IRR-Residential is a national residential valuation solution provider that services its clients in all 50 states. IRR-Residential is an appraiser-centric organization with nearly 50 franchise affiliates in 42 metropolitan areas and 21 states. In addition, we utilize quality- and service-minded independent appraisal firms nationwide.

Print and then follow the process of registering online as listed hereafter:

 1. Go to IRR-Connections.com and click “appraiser login”.

 2. Click “Click here if you do not have a username and password”.

 3. Fill in the required fields (those with an *) and the fields for your Tax ID, License

        and E&O information.

 4. Scroll to the bottom and click save. (Make note of your Username and Password).

 5. Go to IRR-Connections.com and click “appraiser login” and log in using your

        new username and password.

 6. Click “appraiser menu”. Click “setup” at the top. Click “My Profile” on the left. Your profile will pull up.

 7. Scroll halfway down the page to the “Attach and View Documents” link and click it.

A dialogue box will pop up.   Click Browse & locate the document to upload.  In the drop down box choose the corresponding name and click upload.  Repeat this process for each document.  For the Fee Table and W9, complete the documents, save to your system and upload.  The Fee Table will be in the drop down as “Other” with the description as “Fee Table”.  i.e. SmithW9 or SmithLicense

            a) Current license for all appraisers in your office

            b) Current E&O Declarations for all the appraisers in your office. 

                  (Company E&O coverage is acceptable)

            c) Current Year W-9 (form available for download)

            d) Fee Table  (form available for download)

            e)  Upload 2 appraisal Samples

 8. Upload all of the documents and close the dialogue box by clicking the X

 9. Scroll to the bottom of your profile and click the save button.
