In business since 1989, IRR-Residential Chudnow Druck Valuation is one of the largest residential appraisal companies in Wisconsin with 20 licensed or certified staff appraisers. Our staff appraisers are all employees, with no independent contractors. Our full time processing staff is available to serve you between 8:30am and 5:15pm central time. We specialize in appraisals for mortgages, PMI, relocation and divorce.

Since 1989, William J. Druck has been the part owner and the Managing Director for the residential appraisal company, Chudnow Druck Valuation. Bill is also an owner of Dennis Russell Appraisal Services, a commercial appraisal company, and of the Appraisal Education Academy which provides continuing education seminars for appraisers.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, Bill worked as an appraiser for the Milwaukee Assessor’s Office and as the statutory assessor for Shorewood and Whitefish Bay. Beginning in 1988, Bill served as the instructor for the Waukesha County Technical College’s Property Appraisal/Assessment Associated Degree Program for four years.

William J. Druck is a Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser, Wisconsin Real Estate Broker, Approved Federal VA Appraiser and on the Board of Directors of a community based credit union.
