IRR-Residential utilizes a web-based appraisal management system to provide its clients the ability to order and monitor the status of appraisal assignments nationwide.  The system, IRR-Connections, requires User ID/Password login credentials.

IRR-Connections provides clients and appraiser vendors with the following functionalities:

• Clients  – can order, track status and receive appraisals nationwide from a single platform
• Appraiser Vendors  – can accept orders, provide order status updates and upload completed appraisals

If desired, appraisals can also be ordered direcly from our IRR-Residential affiliate offices.  To do so, simply Locate An Office, then click ‘Order An Appraisal’ from the left menu bar to submit your appraisal order.
