• Corporate Services: At the corporate level, IRR-Residential provides national vendor management services. Orders received are distributed to a local appraiser, including IRR-Residential affiliates and independent appraisal vendors.  The web-based IRR-Connections assignment management system provides a single portal to place and monitor orders nationwide.  All appraisal orders are handled in full compliance with FHA, FIRREA, Regulatory Agency, USPAP and FHLMC/FNMA standards.
