Michael Breidenbach is Senior Vice President of Affiliate Development for IRR-Residential.  He is responsible for the process by which the company identifies, qualifies, educates and selects potential Franchisees for affiliation.  Through this process qualified candidates receive an inside look at IRR-Residential and the tools and systems that are designed for the success of our affiliates.

Michael is one of the nation’s foremost experts in the development and expansion of franchise systems.  He has held senior management positions with national franchisors in the real estate, mortgage and building industries, including REMAX and Century 21.  He has also advised and consulted with several national companies regarding their growth and expansion plans as it relates to the franchise business model.  Michael’s experience in leveraging the power of a franchise brand into market dominance serves IRR-Residential well as it grows into the premier brand in residential valuations.
