Ann Conklin
Ann Conklin serves as VP, Operations for IRR-Residential. In this position, Conklin is responsible for the oversight of appraisal operations of the company.
Conklin has over twenty-five years of experience in the mortgage industry.
From 2004 to early 2008, Conklin was with Countywide Home Loans serving as VP, Operations Manager supporting sales direct and retention channels. From 2003 to 2004, Conklin was with IndyMac Bank as a Channel Manager over Service Release Loans and Funding Manager over Table Funded Loans. From 2002 to 2003, Conklin was Operations Manager for Conseco Finance.
From 1982 to 2001 Conklin served in a number of operational roles for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and predecessor organizations.
