Alexandra B. Clark
Alexandra B. Clark serves as Controller of IRR-Residential and has primary responsibility for financial and accounting controls. Clark joined the Company in November 2006.
Ms. Clark brings over fifteen years of financial accounting experience, including five years in the commercial real estate and property management sector of Kansas City. Prior to joining IRR-Residential, Ms. Clark served as Controller for Block & Company, overseeing all financial statement production, banking relationships and financial controls. Prior to Block & Company, she was with Copaken White and Blitt, overseeing the financial statements and budgets for over one and half million square feet of office and retail space in the Kansas City area, coordinating with outside auditors and tax preparers, trust administrators and lenders, ensuring effective cash flow management and compliance with loan covenants. Ms. Clark’s resume also includes public accounting experience, most notably with the Midwest’s third largest accounting firm, Mayer Hoffman McCann, LC (now CBIZ), as a staff accountant.
