J. Carl Schultz has been on the Board of IRR-Residential since 2005.
Mr. Schultz is a Director of the Integra Realty Resources – Atlanta office. He is exclusively engaged in real estate consulting and valuation with more than 30 years experience. Mr. Schultz was formerly a Partner in Schultz, Carr, Bissette & Associates as well as Wight, Couch & Schultz.
Mr. Schultz’s experience involves most types of real estate, including commercial, multi-family, and special purpose properties, with major involvement in the valuation and analysis of numerous southeastern and Caribbean resorts and recreational properties, including land developments, condominiums, timeshare developments, golf courses, tennis facilities, hotels, marinas, and coastal islands.
He has also performed loan and property portfolio analyses of mortgage companies, savings and loan associations, and real estate investment trusts for banks and accounting firms. Mr. Schultz has been engaged in the acquisition estimates for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, airport expansion, rail lines, and proposed toll roads, as well as the valuation of rural acreage and timberlands. He has also qualified as expert witness in numerous courts including condemnation and civil cases.
