David B. Gillogly
David Gillogly has been on the Board of IRR-Residential since 2005.
Mr. Gillogly joined Express Services, Inc., a franchise personnel business, in February 1988 as a Management Consultant. In July 1988, he was made Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Later named President in addition to his other titles, he served until his retirement in January 2000. He still serves on the Board of Directors. During his tenure, Express grew from 100 franchise locations in the U.S. with $100 million in annual sales to more than 400 locations throughout the U.S., Canada, Sweden, Great Britain, and South America with annual sales of over $1.1 billion.
