Brandon K. Nunnink is the Chief Executive Officer of IRR-Residential.  In this role, Mr. Nunnink provides strategic direction for the company and its two operating divisions.

Mr.  Nunnink is a managing partner of Integra Realty Resources–Kansas/Missouri/Illinois, Inc.   He has a broad range of experience in the valuation and analysis of all types of real estate as well as the valuation of partial interests in business valuations. Mr. Nunnink has been the lead analyst for the IRR Corporate & Public Finance Group on consulting and valuation projects on behalf of institutional investors and lenders, commercial banks, law firms, governmental entities, individual investors and other clients. He has completed numerous valuation and due-diligence assignments on behalf of investment banking firms, banks, corporations, governmental agencies and courts. Assignments have included a wide variety of property types in the Midwest and Western United States.
