Mr. Fisher joined the IRR-Residential Board in mid 2011.
Bob Fisher is an attorney with concentratation in corporate and finance transactional matters, principally in mergers and acquisitions. His practice also includes complex debt financings, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Bob represents both financial and strategic buyers and sellers of business and product lines, mostly in the private, middle market. He has also assisted many family groups transition ownership of the business they founded.
Clients include large public companies engaging in reorganizations, domestic or foreign expansion by acquisition and strategic dispositions. Among his clients is one of the nation’s most active middle-market private
equity firms.
In the current economic market, he has provided legal assistance in several large and successful industry roll-up
efforts. He has also served as counsel on merger and acquisition transactions in South America, Europe and Asia
and has been listed for ten consecutive years in The Best Lawyers in America.
